IS THE EQUIPMENT SAFE?

All equipment is bought brand new and is carefully selected for its quality, functionality and ease of use.  It is carefully checked before each hire to ensure that it is safe and in good working order.  Equipment is regularly serviced and maintained where appropriate and is replaced when it no longer meets our high standards.  We would not supply you with equipment that we would not be happy to use for our own children. All equipment is hired with its manufacturer’s instructions so it can be used safely.

HOW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEANED?

All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before each hire. We only use baby friendly cleaning products.  If you would like specific details on the cleaning products we use, we will be happy to provide.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY EQUIPMENT?

Let us know straight away and we will solve the problem or replace the equipment as soon as possible.

WHAT CAR SEAT IS APPROPRIATE FOR ME?

We offer a selection of car seats suitable for the different stages.  We have also done our best to offer car seats that fit most cars.  We will do our best to advise you on the right car seat for you, however, it is your responsibility to ensure you select a car seat that is correct for your child’s age and size and is compatible with the car you will be using.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EQUIPMENT GETS DAMAGED?

Let us know straight away and we will replace the equipment as soon as possible.
If you lose or cause damage to the equipment, we may withhold some or all of the deposit.  You could be charged up to the RRP of the equipment.  For full details please refer to our terms and conditions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CAR SEAT IS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT?

Child safety is our priority.  If you are involved in an accident, do not use the car seat and let us know immediately.  We will make every effort to replace the car seat as soon as possible and dispose of the other seat.

HOW DO I BOOK?

Complete a contact form, send us an email or give us a call telling us what equipment you would like to hire and your preferred delivery date and location.  We will confirm your booking details via email or over the phone and your payment will secure your booking.
We are working on a new and improved website with an online booking function…watch this space.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes.  Each piece of equipment requires a security deposit which must be paid at the time of booking.  Your deposit will be refunded within 3 days of the end of your hire period.

HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay via bank transfer or through a secure online payment.  Once we receive your payment, your booking will be secured.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your new requirements.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We know that with kids, plans can often change at short notice so we offer a flexible cancellation policy.  Cancel any time free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the hire period.  Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the hire period will receive 0% refund.

CAN I PICK UP MY EQUIPMENT?

Yes.  You can collect and return your equipment to our Bath base: 2 Burleigh Gardens, Bath, BA1 3RR.  Please arrange a collection date and time at time of booking.

WHERE CAN YOU DELIVER?

We can meet you at the airport, train station or deliver to a hotel or apartment.  We are happy to work with your accommodation to deliver the equipment in advance so that it is ready for you on arrival.  Just let us know what works best for you!  We deliver across Bath, Bristol, Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.  Our delivery charge is calculated based on distance from our Bath base.

HOW WILL I KNOW HOW TO USE A PRODUCT?

All equipment will be delivered with their instruction manual.  We also offer an optional demonstration of all equipment as part of our personal delivery service.

DO YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?

No.  In accordance with our business insurance, we are not able to install the car seat.  However, we are happy to demonstrate how the car seat works as part of our personal delivery service and the equipment will be delivered with its instruction manual.
